IRVINE, CA, April 10, 2023 – Kia America today announced pricing for the refreshed 2024 Seltos. With more to offer for the new model year, the entry SUV starts at an MSRP of $24,390 (excludes $1,325 destination fee)2. Ready for adventures off-pavement or in the city, the refreshed Seltos provides drivers with a more comfortable and engaging driving experience with a refined exterior design, modern cabin, sought-after tech features, and increased turbocharged power on tap in certain trims in the lineup.
The Seltos commands more on-road presence with fresh details including a larger tiger nose grille and distinctive lighting with available projection LED headlamps and unique rear lighting design. Inside, the centerpiece of the cabin is an available panoramic display that harmoniously integrates the 10.25-inch instrument cluster and 10.25-inch center display. Drivers can enjoy the added convenience of the available Digital Key 2 Touch3, which allows users to use their compatible smart devices as a virtual key to lock, unlock and drive (available on SX Sunroof Package).
Owners can opt for a more powerful 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that gets 20 extra horsepower for a total 195 horsepower. Complementing the available turbocharged engine is an 8-speed automatic transmission, which replaces the outgoing 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Base models will continue to utilize the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with the Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT).
Available in all-wheel drive4 configurations, the fun-loving adventurer adds more personality with the new X-Line trim, which upgrades the Seltos with an exclusive front grille design, unique 18-inch wheels, rugged door garnish, and X-Line badging. For owners who need extra cargo capacity for their outdoor gear, the X-Line also includes a bridge-type roof rack5.
